Identify? Wait in the left wing world "Identify" means that you can be whatever you want to be. So everyone who wants to, can be exempt by simply "identifying" as a member of one of the special groups.

If I recall my optics class correctly, white is the mixture of all colors and black is the absence of any colors. Therefore, black represents nothing.

And if they were smart about it a) It would take two doses and none of the targeted population would get the second until everyone had the first and b) the second dose would trigger, after a delay, whatever they had planned for the targeted population. Or it might be as simple as the second dose is just a gas delivered through-out a population center and if you already had the first dose, one whiff and it’s triggered (whatever that might be; death, sterilization, cognitive impairment, zombies, ?????).
