Or...a clerk made a mistake and the ensuing debate made them realize they needed to correct the issue
Sounds like a President Pelosi just for a few days. That will keep the native calmed and paying attention-it’s like WTF? The Trumps victory will be more convincing and that the election was stolen.
No, we cannot allow her to be President for one minute!
Any thoughts?
President Polousey , what a horrible thougjt!
What a nightmare!
I don’t get it. I’m so confused. Is this good forTrump? Don’t wanna have my hopes up high all these other courts have completely ram a brick wall in front of Trump’s hopes...🤞
It’s not settled on Jan. 20. trump’s term expires and has to go so who is POTUS in the meantime? Has to be somebody.
To pardon all the traitors and mutineers ? ---- hope not.
No, but several of us disagree that “safe harbor” day is Dec. 8. I say it’s Dec. 14. Dec. 8 is the day the states certify their electoral slate.
Safe harbor day is a federal statue, its not the Constitution. The only day that matters is in January.
Federal statute, enabling legislation from the Constitution. Yes.
It does matter. No electoral slates can be changed or modified between Cec. 14 and Jan 3 when the Joint Session of Congress opens and reads the elector slate. At that time someone may “protest,” but all protests are dealt with basically on the spot.
The only real exception was 1876.
What I suspect has prompted the change in the response deadline is that one or more other Justices sees a point of significance with regard to what day the Court acts, whether that be on December 8 or December 9.
This looks likely, else why move the date inside that barrier.
Unfortunately, that would not bode well for the other states, whose situations aren't nearly as far advanced for USSC consideration.
One win at a time however, which this will hopefully be. Maybe even a decision that COULD apply to the other states based on similar circumstances, such as equal protection affecting most mail in ballots.

If SCOTUS could find a way to settle this nightmare with a single, broad ruling that applies to all states with mass mail-in voting, that would be nice. And probably save SCOTUS from having to deal with other forthcoming cases from the other “problematic” states.
But I doubt it. If this looks like it will go 5-4 in favor of the rule of law (i.e., for Trump), I could see Roberts jumping into the majority (making it 6-3) just so he could water down the ruling as much as possible.
SWC and RED STATE are controlled opposition. Beware!
So in other words ...president Biden. 😑 the theft was absolutely without consequences! The left ALWAYS wins! ALWAYS! 😡
One win at a time however
One win in one state is significant. It will show that fraud existed in at least one state. And when you find one rat, there are almost certainly more in the ratholes
