It's time to get tough with the pro-China, crypto-communist Democratic Party and their self-evidently fraudulent election win.
Legal challenges should of course continue but they seem to be bogged down, losing traction and that should not be the only option on the table.
In my opinion, the President should declare the Democratic Party to be a terrorist organization, naming also BLM and Antifa as related terrorist entities.
The leaders of all these organizations should be rounded up and placed in detention, with trials for sedition, treason and fraud in a measured time frame.
The President should call a referendum and ask the American people to vote on a proposition such as this -- "I believe that the Democratic Party of the U.S. has acted illegally, fraudulently, and in an anti-American spirit, in consort with our foreign enemies, notably the Peoples' Republic of China, and that the results of the November 2020 election are invalid, and I believe that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris should not be sworn into office whatever the results of the Electoral College may be."

Have a paper ballot counting system for this referendum and see what level of support these emergency actions would have across the country, identifying what cities or regions are in favor of the communist revolution.
Then there would be a basis for decertification of the inclusion of those locations within the legally constituted United States, a process that could begin immediately and dump those areas off as unwanted non-American pro-China treason zones. They should receive zero compensation and zero economic co-operation after the time they are severed from the various states (none of which need to go entirely unless possibly one or two are uniformly pro-revolution.
The fraudulent so-called winners have already announced that they consider the results to be a mandate for revolution and the type of revolution planned is essentially globalist, meaning crypto-communist, green economic agenda, rainbow coalition nonsense that will destroy the productive heartland of America (as it began to do under Obama's weaker version).
Enough is enough, that government in waiting plans to destroy America from within. If that's not terrorism then what is?

They can steal our votes, but they cannot steal our spirit.
And they couldn’t even raise a finger to stop Antifa terrorists burning cities, blinding police with lasers, murdering Trump supporters in the street,... but now we’ll just declare the entire rat party terrorists. Hmmm.
So just allow them to continue their revolution, turning disaffected groups against the silent majority? How is that likely to end? This is a suggestion intended to preclude an inevitable spiral into social and economic collapse with the two sides at each others’ throats. If that is really inevitable, then the pro-freedom side should act pre-emptively and gain an advantage.
They really are communists, half of them admit it, the other half are too stupid or uneducated to know it.
The country is very divided, apparently 90% or more of some ethnic groups and communities voted for one side or the other. There is no compromise possible between a libertarian democracy and a communist society like (for example) Cuba or China. They show no willingness to compromise with our side. If we look for compromise with them, it will be pointless and will just make it easier for their revolution to succeed.
If not this, then what’s a better alternative? A Starbucks boycott?
President Trump should have the FEC de-certify the Democrat National Committee as an ongoing criminal enterprise.
Then they become (I)ndependents overnight.
Designate in an open fashion the most egregious criminal element of the Democrat side. Discretely remove from further participation, as in “Anyone seen Jimmy Hoffa?” War! Who knew!

While it maybe OK with you, there is no reasonable way to designate the Democrat Party as terrorists. The democrats got more votes than we did. Do you really expect that more than half the country, the ones that voted Democrat, will go along with this fantasy?

That is exactly what the Socialist/Communists are going to do to us unless we stop them first. They have already started. Not much of a reach from ACAB, Trump supporters are Nazis, we need “re-education” camps for conservatives, etc., etc.
