The First and Last and only game machine I have ever had was the original Wii.

Maybe so. Kyle is a public figure now. The game has him shooting in self defense.
Kyle was attacked by convicted pedophiles and criminals who fired a gun near him and later said openly they should have killed Kyle.
Not sure why this isn’t a clear case of self defense.

Court did not allow claim of self defense. Said there was enough evidence for a trial. So here we are.
