The real Constitutional crisis happens if this thing moves too slowly. Imagine Biden getting inaugurated in January and then around about April the American public sees rock-solid proof that Joe wasn’t elected and that he did in fact steal the presidency. What happens then? If Trump was truly elected President, what does the military do to the guy living in the White House?
Armed revolt of the citizenry is the most likely option. Our elected officials and judges are cowards that will do nothing. It will be left up to us.

The military is going to have a huge discipline problem on its hands if Biden is installed on Jan 20th. Any service-member following this little drama *knows* that Biden is illegitimate. That would make any order flowing down the CoC from the President illegitimate.
Most of the flag officers at the top of the chain are political animals who prioritize their own careers and will happily ignore their oaths and fall in line with Biden.
Glad I’m not in the military anymore.
