Hollywood is going nuts because they are hemorrhaging money due to the popularity of independent and foreign films on Netflix and other streaming on-demand services. The days of one “hollywood star” eating up 80% of the filming budget are gone. Plenty of talent out there who like to act/direct/produce, and who leave politics at the door.

Far past time to realize that acting talent is far, far, FAR more common than leadership and technical talent.

Each and every H-wood bimbo and bimboy has a minimum of equally (or much better) talent than our present collection of somehow much lower than average IQ little people.

We need more Musks, Einsteins, Walter Williams, etc. than we need another pretty face that couldn’t speak a coherent sentence without help (you listening, Dorkbama, Cher, etc, etc.?)

As for the politicians, well, they are less able than even our stars - but fugly to boot.
