This was their plan. Do anything and everything to steal the election. Then they deny the fact and pretend the fraud you see is common practice. So they are admitted vote fraud is a common practice.

Manipulate the data in Excel, Export as a CSV file to the flash drive and then import it into the server.
(There is no reason to use Excel outside of the laptop)
