If you really don’t want to break the law by using medical marijuana and want/need to have a firearm, there’s always black powder weapons that are not considered firearms under federal law. Handguns are easy to find, in most states they can be mailed to your home. Finding black powder and caps might be a bit harder.

Yes, I know, it is easy to check ‘no’ on the 4473, but beyond that, using makes you a ‘prohibited person’ who is not supposed to own firearms at all, not just buy them. A prescription leaves a paper trial and a gun-hostile administration...who knows?

How long after last joint does disability remain? They’d have a helluva time finding cops or agents these days who haven’t done the stuff at some time or another. It’s just another filthy goverment gotcha law. GTFOOH government.

I do like the image of stoners walking around with matchlock pistols, but I’d rather someone not have their rights violated just because they smoke weed.
