The judge's latest order (it's his third on the same topic, so it's hard to keep up) limited his TRO about Dominion machines to three counties. The State is saying they need to set up the machines for the Senate runoff, in which early voting starts in two weeks. So if machines are being moved in other counties, it's not a violation of any court order.
the tweeter of the truck video indicates it is Gwinnett which is one of the frozen counties.
