I’m about as technical as joe bide so what exactly does the information and data in the exhibit mean?
The big disconnect was propping him/her up as an Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) analyst and then pull a 180 u-turn into the cyber realm which is a completely different discipline for which ELINT has zero correlation to cyber. The disposition should have only expounded upon their “white hat” expertise and where it was obtained. From the sounds of it, this person might have some hacking experience but no formal qualifications and/or certs to prop up their bona fides.
