In a few weeks one of us will be right.
The game is rapidly coming to a conclusion.
If we lose this it tells me that our Nation is not just finished but a danger to all other nations and their people. I’ve decided to avoid dwelling on that and have deferred all my decisions about life until March 1st.

If DOJ stepped in today and cleaned house, there’s a trail of obvious in their path. We’re just too blind to see that now.
Logic is very much starting to back this. Especially if you believe that Trump and DOJ have been lying in wait for this election.
Correct, Trump and DoJ are not directly involved in this case. I also wonder what happens when the big guns are brought out. I don’t subscribe to the theory that the DoJ, et. al., are hopelessly compromised and 100% Deep State. I think Trump has had a good long while to sort them and other agencies and move pieces around, and I think we saw some of that recently.
Regardless, this suit puts enough fraud in the public domain that those believing this was a stolen election are more convinced and some of the uneasy are going to fully commit to the idea. Trump may not even need the big guns if one of the current actions in GA, PA, MI or NV topples the first domino.
Slightly off topic, however:
My question is, if the Senate ends up 50/50 w/Harris being the tie breaking vote, who is the Senate majority leader? A Pub or a Dem? Or is the leadership split? Who will be Senate majority leader?

I hope to heck the Supremes (the Conservative ones, and that does not include UnJustice Roberts) realize that they have approximately 6 weeks to get it right about the crooked 2020 election results by the Dems/Biden, or they will not have a Supreme Court that they will recognize. In fact they have LESS than 6 weeks.
If a case finally makes it before the Supremes considering how many hoops the Trump legal team has to jump through on the States courts level in order to even get a case up before them, they will need to decide that case before the January 5th GA run-off.
SCOTUS is playing Russian Roulette; they will be gambling on the Pubs winning the 2 Senate seats on that day. If they bet wrong, the Supreme Court will be packed by the Biden/Dems and that is the end of the Court as the Conservative judges will know it. They will be surrounded by liberal packed court judges and that will mean liberal to radical decisions from now to kingdom come being handed down by the Supreme Court.
One weak link amongst the 5 “Conservative” judges and the House of Cards will come tumbling down, which is the Court itself. So if the Conservatives on the Supreme Court have a death wish, the end of Conservative decisions for the foreseeable future is at hand. And there is no guarantee that all of the Conservative judges here will act in Trump’s favor, no guarantee at all.
At least the 5 Conservatives acted in unison on today’s announced decision regarding religious freedom to gather and remain untouched by Gov’t mandates (the Cuomo case) limiting parishioners numbers when going to church services. Those 5 had better stick together like glue with regard to Trump’s election legal team’s arguments before the Court, or their collective gooses are cooked.
From my viewpoint, the pendulum could swing either way; there is no guarantee here as to good results, much to my chagrin. How many of these Conservative judges are cowards?
If Sidney Powell can put these two, and .aybe more lawsuits together in three weeks with relatively limited resources, how is it that Barr and Durham not be able to get indictments against all of the Deep State actors in two years. The DOJ IG even recommended that McCabe be prosecuted.
Sidney Powell is the pro, along with a number of other attorneys and public interest law firms.
