Midnight on Thanksgiving eve. What’s with the timing?

Here’s the suit, https://defendingtherepublic.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/COMPLAINT-CJ-PEARSON-V.-KEMP-11.25.2020.pdf
It’s a civil suit by a law firm in GS, Sidney and Lin Wood that asks to de-certify or discounts questionable ballots or direct electors to vote for Trump. See “Relief” towards the end of the doc.
Keep Praying
If a judge overturns both sets of results that would leave Biden with 270 votes.
She promised by Wednesday, so that was as close as she could get.
The filing mentions early on that some of the behavior was most egregious in the counties of Barrow, Forsyth, Hall, Paulding. These are very red counties but I’ve read through the filing several times and have yet to find anything about those counties. Lots of mention of Fulton, Cobb and Floyd but no mention of the others that were specifically cited. The three that I mentioned were not listed as being most egregious. Were Barrow, Forsyth, Hall and Paulding incorrectly listed? If so, she may want to amend the filing.
Amen to that Guenevere.
In all sincerity, I bet I’m not the only FReeper converted to a regime of daily prayer by the spectre of the ‘Dominion President’.
Actually my math was wrong. I figured PA and MI instead of GA and MI but in either case Trump still needs those three states overturned. No 2 will do it.
There are actions in other states as well.
My thought when President Trump pardoned General Flynn was: “Great Timing!” Extraordinary “Chess Move” Mr. President!
Great that she finally got these in, but holy cow the typos..
Even the excerpt above..
An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be Seized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—by plaintiffs’ “expects” (obviously should be “experts”).
I would have rather she taken the time to proofread these and release them Friday than rush things out and give the opposition plenty of opportunity to pick apart the filings..
Oh gee, thanks for pizzen in our wheaties at first post. I think we all can figure it out easy enough.
I have been very harsh in my criticism of Powell on this site, and so on this site I wish to apologize to her.
I read her Georgia lawsuit and came away feeling hopeful. I commend her and give her praise and thanks for the job she is doing. SCOTUS may be the ultimate decider here, and Powell’s lawsuit puts us in a position to succeed there.
I pray to God to help her help our Nation.
There is no proper room for expressing reservations in an apology, so I just make one suggestion:
If Andrea Widburg would agree, Widburg would make an excellent editor in the future. Widburg could provide coherence, effective organization, eliminate repetitions, and sharpen the language.
.....attorney Lin Wood’s bombshell tweets include one about an $11 million grant award to the Georgia Secretary of State, Republican Brad Raffensperger who oversees elections. Georgia was poised to receive a $10,875,912 grant from the EAC for Covid-19-related election expenses. (The EAC, a federal entity which also certifies U.S. election machines, hardware and software, has some clear and shocking conflicts-of-interest with its Advisory Board.) SoS Raffensperger assured the EAC that the funds will be used to “prevent, prepare for and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, for the 2020 Federal election cycle.”
===============================
FREEPER ACTION NOW
Georgia taxpayers need an immediate accounting of almost $11 million in Covid-19 money-----
federal Election Assistance Commission funds held in trust BY Secy of State Brad Raffensperger
with a federal requirement that he spend the grant on behalf of Georgia taxpayers.
Georgians need to act ASAP:
<><> send out immediate Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests;
<><> contact SoS Raffensperger AND the US Election Assistance Commission;
<><> request a copy of the EAC grant award,
<><> request copies of all correspondence between the Georgia SoS’s office and the EAC,
<><> request all quarterly grant reports,
<><> request all budgetary documents and amendments, and disbursement records,
<><> request copies of checks and/or electronic bank records held by the SoS, regarding this grant.
if just 1 will flip i think it will start an avalanche once its shown to be possible
Wonder if Flynn was in on that foreign influence stuff?
1. Powell field suits in both Georgia and Michigan.
2. The Chinese and Iranian involvement opens the door to FISA warrants.
3. One of the suits did mention possible counterfeit printing due to a missing watermark.
4. There was a net rumor story that the GA Republicans involved had profited off of a China mask and medical equipment deal.
Georgia’s Gov Kemp is apparently involved in the Covid supplies scheme......state officials send huge amounts of TAX DOLLARS to China under the cover of buying “Covid supplies,” then China launders the money into financial kickbacks for the officials’ family members, hedge fund, foundation, N/P and/or business entities.........
FACTS ON FILE Dominion had a $100 million contract with Georgia Governor Kemp and Secy of State Raffensperger.
NEED TO KNOW ASAP
<><> Was that late-date installation outlined in Dominion’s contract with the State of Georgia?
<><> Did any Georgia official agree to Dominion’s late date installation before the election? If so, name them.
<><> Has anybody ever seen the original agreement Georgia made with Dominion for its voting services?
<><> What exactly did Georgia taxpayers get from Dominion for $100 million tax dollars?
