The infamous Kraken has been released in Georgia.
Following weeks of Sidney’s pronouncement, most thought she was metaphorically referring to a legendary sea monster of gigantic size and cephalopod-like appearance in Scandinavian folklore. According to the Norse sagas, the Kraken dwells off the coasts of Norway and Greenland and terrorizes nearby sailors
But nope, tonight Sidney confirmed, via response to a tweet, who the Kracken is.

for those keeping track - I just checked PACER and no record of a court filing by Sidney Powell in Georgia, “biblical” or otherwise. It also has now been 6 days since Rudy Giuliani said the Trump campaign would be filing a new lawsuit in Georgia. no lawsuit has been filed.
Time for Biden to concede.
No kidding, she is working a corruption case spanning years, maybe decades. To pull a case together like this in a few weeks is unprecedented. But somehow our armchair lawyers on FR think they could have done it better.
