I'm pretty sure some 30 percent or more of us will never vote in a US federal election again if this is not corrected. There is simply no point in voting in fake elections.

Nope, that won't work. You would have to prove they were involved in a conspiracy. Their argument that they were entrusted with the decision based upon their opinion will reign supreme. That's why the Trump team would much rather get it all before the SCOTUS. Though, the Amistad project has a pretty strong filing in 6 states coming up.

The truth is, no one knows what the actual vote total is.
It’s a statistical mean. You could - and should - redo the count at least 5 times to get something resembling a statistically meaningful sample. Nominally that number is 20, but we can’t do that politically.
Then the biases and errors would start showing up. Then you could pinpoint who tried to do what. And the absurdity of saying you can take a nearly uncontrolled system like precinct and absentee vote counting and declare a winner based on a 3/10% margin would be clear as well. It’s within the statistical margin. In fact, the 3 sigma result will be at 99.865% and it’s just inside of that...on one count.
For a bunch of guys on the county board to say they can clear it in a 2 1/2 hour discussion is ridiculous. There were enough complaints to merit audits and even criminal investigations.
But nope, gotta make nice and give in. Maybe their kids were getting threatened.
By all means, donate to Trump’s legal fund. But don’t sit on your hands in every other battle going on here, donate to Perdue and Loeffler as well if you can. Just giving up is disgusting. Tillis held on, Collins held on, Daines ran away with his race. If we were going to sulk and say it’s pointless we would already have definitely lost the senate. I think we have a better chance of holding the senate than of seeing Trump sworn in for a 2nd term at this point, but if we just cave and go sulk we’ll get neither.
