We need direct evidence, a real smoking gun. For example something like any of the following:
- Disassemble the software code in one of the Dominion voting machines. Find the code that swapped Trump votes for Biden votes.
- Take a Dominion voting machine and rewind its clock back to Nov 3. Feed it Trump votes and observe them flip to Biden votes.
- Extract the scanned images of ballots from a machine and compare them to the actual ones. Show that Biden votes on the scanned ballots don't match the Trump votes on the actual ballots.
- Do forensic analysis one of the USB sticks that were delivered 3-4am. Show that the file timestamps or digital signatures reveal the USB stick was tampered with.
There are many other possibilities, any of which would be considered 'Kraken' level evidence.
