Its a two pronged approach: (1) fraudulent ballots and (2) software manipulation of votes. Its still uncertain how this will be resolved and various court cases could ultimately determine the outcome of the election.
I understand your question but why would you disregard ALL evidence you might need since no one knows how it will be resolved? You need every bullet you can get. Also, I wouldn’t trust the DOJ or FBI to pursue justice. They are only concerned with protecting the interests of the Deep State.
I heard some of the press conference and it is chilling to think that this election was the type that China,Iran,Venezuela and North Korea have. The question is do we have time to make the case and have enough power to make it right? POTUS Trump won election night.

If you can’t win Cali as a D, you get crushed... means the base absolutely collapsed
It may be that they are trying to help the “courtroom of public opinion” come up to speed so there will not be utter shock when Trump wins. This may not eliminate it, but it will at least reduce looting and rioting.

The company that has the servers say that it didn’t happen and they have them still.
And bank robbers say they were never at that bank that they robbed and have no marked money from that bank among their stash of marked money from that bank.

The company making that claim also claims it runs honest and transparent election systems.
