The way you prove this is that you actually look at the ballots that came in after midnight and examine the markings on them. If they are all made with Sharpies and they are just for Biden with no down ticket votes which would have taken too much time it strengthens the case that this was how they did it.
If nobody gets to look at the ballots I guess they just get away with it. If nobody actually cares enough to defend the election process then we should just let the elites pick the people they want to rule and not pretend we have a republic.

True, but I just don't think that all of the PhD and master's-level computer scientists, statisticians, mathematicians, engineers, physicists, and data mining scientists at the pro-Biden, anti-Trump Smartmatic/Dominion, as well as from the pro-Biden, anti-Trump Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, and Amazon would be smart enough to figure out how to perpetrate all of that computer voting systems election fraud.

Why would they have to identify any voters if they knew the ballots were going to be thrown in with others and counted? No verification of name or signature - remember - “stroke of the pen - kinda cool” - obama style!

Because they still have to show that there was a legal voter for every mail in ballot.
The vote cannot be certified if there are 5,000 registered voters in a precinct, but 100,000 votes were cast in that precinct.
Frank Sheehan of the The Irishman fame who claimed to have killed Jimmy Hoffa made a claim in his book that he and some mob henchmen were involved in some funny business to get Joe Biden elected to the Senate in 1972. Although a lot of what was claimed in that book is not true, this one might have some legitimacy. Russel Bufalino, the mob boss of Buffalo, was a big friend of Angelo Bruno, boss of the Philly mob. Bufalino was Sheehan's mob connection and he did lots of work for him. So there might be a connection between Biden and the Philly mob.
If this offer is made, I'd make sure that there are ironclad guarantees in the agreement to make sure that Merlino doesn't renege.
