in legal matters, as in life, there are cycles that need to occur and events that need to happen before legal offences can be addressed... there is no voter fraud if the count is not finished and a winner declared... there is no standing if the fraudulent outcome is not completed.

Georgia’s certification deadline is 11/20. Why the rush to get it done on Monday? - that’s rhetorical, we all know why.

One other (unlikely) possibility exists: A Georgia recount results in Trump carrying the state by a narrow margin and a quick certification of the result.
The motive would be to halt further investigation into the malfeasance in Georgia (esp relating to Dominion) in order for certain officials to stay out of PMITA prison.
While I agree with your conclusion that unfortunately things take the time they take, your premise is , I think a bit false - jiggering the vote and reporting the jiggered vote to the public is already fraud. The harm, undermining our government and faith in it is already completed.
All the President needs to do at this point is to show foreign interference in the elections. This is thanks to the last four years of the media bleating about foreign interference in the 2016 elections

Yes, the Supreme Court does not like to get into the messy details of hearing facts. It could push pieces of this down to various federal district judges to hear the facts in individual parts of the case and report those back, on an expedited basis.

I was up at 5:45 and turned on OAN. They interviewed the post office whistleblower that the FBI tried to intimidate and a woman that was hired by Dominion that saw a lot of fraud. That was when they mentioned GA having an audit. I hope it’s so.
