That is the question I had is where to file. The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction in cases in which a state shall be a party, and several of the states, if not all, are parties to this suit. Furthermore the issues are Constitutional issues including equal protection rights of the voters, suppression of the vote, etc.

Yes, the Supreme Court does not like to get into the messy details of hearing facts. It could push pieces of this down to various federal district judges to hear the facts in individual parts of the case and report those back, on an expedited basis.

I think we should stop referring to the widespread fraud as "shenanigans". The dictionary definition of shenanigans is "Silly or high-spirited behavior, mischief." What the Democrats engaged in was much more serious than "high-spirited behavior".

I would call it sedition or even treason.
