Not sure I'd quantify "138,000" as an "exact number", but rather a ballpark figure.

Don’t bother. It’s a name well known to some of us who have wasted two much time trying to figure out WTF he is talking about. He is great at publishing articles talking about his discovery based on sound science and his 4 PhDs that the sun rises in the east.

IF you watch the video presentation, pay attention to the slope of the graph in counties where the algorithm was used. In Wayne county the alforithm was not used. Instead manufactured fraudulent ballots were shipped. So the graph for Wayne county does not have a slope of distribution.
