IF you watch the video presentation, pay attention to the slope of the graph in counties where the algorithm was used. In Wayne county the alforithm was not used. Instead manufactured fraudulent ballots were shipped. So the graph for Wayne county does not have a slope of distribution.

I have some small experience in comparing these numbers, having done it for fun for the last 4-5 elections [presidential and off-year].
Still haven't figured out how they cheated in Michigan in 2018 - but I know that they did.
These new thoughts might give me some ideas about that, though it's water under the bridge.
