I dont think Bentords Law proves fraud.
But it sure as heck tells you to dig deeper. And maybe even WHERE to look.
It proves statistical probability of event. I would think this is even a beyond reasonable doubt standard.
Someone should check on statistical evidence of proof of fraud in a court.
It proves fraud occurred but Im not sure it it could quantify the fraud. It can be applied to various voting districts and then each of those districts could be audited.
It looks like this could take a long time.
