Biden’s vote numbers in Michigan do not match Benford’s law at a 99.999% significance level.

Benfords law has been used on many occasions to prove election fraud (2000&2004 elections, 2003 California gubernatorial election, etc.).

Let me know if you would elaboration but the numbers can be computed in a spreadsheet using data taken from Michigan’s election data tracker from individual precincts. For context, Biden scored a 0.0000017 and trump scored a 0.58.

While Benford’s Law is not 100% proof that fraudulent data has been manufactured, “In the United States, evidence-based on Benford’s law has been admitted in criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels.”

It was also used to determine fraud in the 2000 and 2004 U.S elections. I conducted a Chi-test comparing Michigan’s precinct vote counts to Benford’s law and found that Biden/Haris votes returned a, 0.000017% (Statistically significant, especially with a very large sample) whereas Trump/Pence votes returned a score of,
53.059791% and whilst looking at my data set I noticed there were 0 write-in votes in Michigan.

Very odd stuff.

The highlighted percentage value tells you how sure you can be that fraud was committed, typically a score below 0.05 is statistically significant, and Biden scored a 0.00000017

First digits are 1-9.
The frequency of 1as the first digit occurs at a higher frequency with randomly distributed number more than the subsequent numbers

This holds for numerical distributions that are equally distributed. So it doesn’t apply for height and weight.

The y axis refers to the number of times a digit occurs. The x axis referred to the first digit of the number reported 1-9.

One is the most frequent because after nine the first digit is one again (10).
The Biden results were clumped in the middle 4, 5. The Trump results were natural occurring with 1 as most common first digit.

They use this in IRS audits etc. So this should be ok for use in voting.

It proves statistical probability of event. I would think this is even a beyond reasonable doubt standard.

Someone should check on statistical evidence of proof of fraud in a court.

It proves fraud occurred but I’m not sure it it could quantify the fraud. It can be applied to various voting districts and then each of those districts could be audited.

Good question and the answer is not obvious.

The X axis is the sequence 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

The dataset is the total votes from each of the Precincts in some geographical area.

The Y axis is the fraction of precincts where the first digit of their total vote is the X number.

So you look at the percentage of precincts where the vote total begins with a 1 and that point is plotted. Ditto for 2, 3, 4 and so on.

Amazingly, random data follows this law which predicts that 1 will be the most common and 9 will be least as shown on the plot.

When there is fraud the data does not follow that law.

So what happens if there are 500 voters in a precinct? You will not get many totals that begin with 6, 7 8 or 9.

Correct. There won’t be any. That’s why a 1 as the first digit in the total is way more likely than a 9.

The law apply to both. But for small samples you have a point.

I’m not sure how this is being handled for those people doing these analyses. If it were me I would group precincts to push the sample size into the thousands. There may be better ways,

The law certainly needs a large sample size to be predictive.
