A scene from then Senator Joe Biden setting up Justice Thomas. If you’ll remember, Thomas was humiliated day after day by Biden and his cohorts until backed down with the “high tech lynching” speech.
Once the present cases are at the SCOTUS, the Biden team will be before three former litigants of the Bush v. Gore case: Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett.
Yep. All three of the DJT appointees were litigants in that case.
Maybe Trump saw this coming?

Payback time for justice Thomas!
And as we all know...payback is a bitch as is Karma! God was working his wonders back then too. Who would have thought at the time that Justice Thomas would be involved in deciding the political fate of Joe Biden. The Lord has a wonderful sense of humor too.

In typical Biden suck-up-cover-my-*** style......he later said he wished he could have “done more” for Anita Hill.
Someone had to remind him.....he was chairman of the
Judiciary Committee at the time and had the power and the opportunity to do whatever he wanted.
I hope Justice Thomas cancelled those retirement plans.

If Biden does get in and the SCOTUS goes consistently against his wishes, you can b sure that the House will be calling for Justice impeachments. They might even test one impeachment out. If that is successful the next Justice will fall even quicker. Until the demoncraps stack the court with their “approved” candidates. They won’t call it packing the court because they will argue that the opening has then become vacant so it cannot be considered packing the court. This is an option most know about but never really think would occur. If the demoncraps get the Senate, this is how they will do it since they received a strict backlash of trying to add to the court.

It takes a 2/3 majority to convict, that means 67 Senators have to vote guilty.
It will NEVER happen.
We will come back to this should the implausible happen. Remember impeachment was politicized. You don’t think after what went on this election cycle that demoncraps won’t be able to pull 67 senators out of their hats? It is a scenario that is possible given just went down and the demoncraps are allowed to get away with it.
