If we get “signed confessions” from all of the Democrat players, then we will have “evidence” which will warrant an investigation.
However, if we get a lot of suspicious behavior, suspicious statements, mathematical impossibilities, odd coincidences, and lots of lucky breaks, all of that will not weigh heavy in a court of law. It’s not proof. It’s just “interesting”.
I have long said that a true Justice system should reserve the right to declare: “I know you’re guilty. I’m not quite sure how you did it. But I know you’re guilty.”
I disagree. That can be turned around on us, like the way Stalin and Beria did during the Purges.
