Ut the court is the arbiter of the state constitution and state law. Unless there is a violation of the federal Constitution SCOTUS will remain out of the discussion. If a violation of Article IV Section 4 can be proved or seriously alleged SCOTUS can intervene.

Plain as day violation of the US Constitution. PA Supreme Court is NOT the Legislature of PA. Simple as that— even if they are currently staffed with corrupt machine pol dem crooked judges. The State of FL had the same thing in the GORE 2000 debacle. FL got rid of EVERY g-d damned one of them as a result.

There is such a thing as US Constitutional forbearance, as is also spelled out clearly in the US Constitution, and in prior case law.
