Let us be clear.
We Conservative Irredeemable Deplorable Chumps have no Political Representation outside of POTUS Trump and we have very little Judicial Representation in the Courts.
Once POTUS Trump is gone, we will have NO Protections under our Constitution, whether the issue is Free Speech, Freedom of Religion or the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
73 Million of our “fellow” Citizens have seen to that with their support of Joementia and his Ineligible Anchor Baby Bolshevik Running Mate.
We are outnumbered in what is now a Pure Democracy (Two Wolves and and one Sheep deciding what’s for Dinner) rather than the Constitutional Republic our Founders envisioned.

Ut the court is the arbiter of the state constitution and state law. Unless there is a violation of the federal Constitution SCOTUS will remain out of the discussion. If a violation of Article IV Section 4 can be proved or seriously alleged SCOTUS can intervene.
Plain as day violation of the US Constitution. PA Supreme Court is NOT the Legislature of PA. Simple as that— even if they are currently staffed with corrupt machine pol dem crooked judges. The State of FL had the same thing in the GORE 2000 debacle. FL got rid of EVERY g-d damned one of them as a result.
There is such a thing as US Constitutional forbearance, as is also spelled out clearly in the US Constitution, and in prior case law.

No the law clearly states that if any portion of the law gets changed by judicial fiat the whole law becomes null and void. That is what is coming in front of SCOTUS again with 9 justices instead of 8. So those mail in ballots need to be thrown out. Trump will then win PA.
IMHO Pa will be a 5/4 decision for voter fraud with Roberts and Kavanaugh voting withe the majority. Get ready for it.

FReeper your basic assumption is IMHO incorrect. The SCOTUS doesn’t give a fiddlers damn what the law is.
As I believe others here have cited, an audit means nothing if the ballots are fed through the same machines with corrupted software to count/tabulate them.
I fear that the reality here is that laws have failed to keep up with election technology.
The FIRST priority of a Republican majority combination House/Senate should be a Constitutional amendment governing modern elections held by the states for national offices.
I now believe that all the ballot talk is a smokescreen for the real fraud (tabulating software, which remains secret).
