Why didn’t DHS print the ballots — either with a watermark or fingerprint box on the ballot sheet.
Why didn’t the DOJ, DHS or FEC create “watermarks” for mail-in ballots.
Or even better, create an area for a thumbrprint to be planted — and announced way back then in the startup of the election to show total transparency. The fingerprint (or even the threat of it) would have deterred many if not all illegal voters.

Trump had four years to work on this. And for some reason it never happened. So I expect nothing but more inaction going forward. (Sorry for the pessimism.)

It may not be what you think it is if the trap closes on the entire DNC. Note Shaffer insinuates there are just a few private contractors who print the ballots. LE worked with them to create a sophisticate paper with embedded data or unique material inserts that can be viewed only with certain equipment.

ALL modern copiers and printers incorporate a VERY small microdot on every page printed so Law Enforcement can track every page back to the exact printer that created it. It has been that way at least since the 9/11 National Security “reforms”.

The poor moderators can't keep up with these threads... this is a hoax designed to discredit the real evidence of fraud. They had to print thousands of ballots in multiple locations using laser printers when they ran out.
We were the pioneers of mail in ballot fraud right here in Washington State. We haven't had a fair election since the governor's election was stolen from Dino Rossi the first time in 2004.
