Mark Levin has been suggesting this as well.

Trump beat Hillary in 2016 by +5 and we are supposed to believe he is .2 percent ahead of Biden who couldn’t get 10 people to a rally here

President Trump easily wins Florida, the main battle ground state for 20+ years, but it dragging in Georgia and Alaska, 2 solid Red States.

He lost Michigan despite having a Covid Tyrant as Govenor.

Makes huge gains in the Black, Hispanic and Jewish vote, but yet we are to believe this is a nail biter.
Ridiculous. We are we going to do? Probably nothing.

State legislature republicans aren’t falling on their swords for Trump, they’re going to do what keeps them in office. Still plenty of country club republicans in the statehouses.

Isn't it great that the DOJ is looking after election integrity?

Remember all the great work we did in Iraq some years back to ensure that they got fair and honest elections, how proud we were of that work, and, most of all, how proud the Iraqis were of their elections and election process?

People should contact their legislatures. But don’t most governors have veto power anyway? Isn’t that yet another hurdle to overcome going this route?

They do, yes.

But in the event of a tie between the governor and the legislature I believe it breaks to the governor.

Article II
Section 1

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

Nowhere in that does it say the Governor of a state has a say in how the elcctors are selected.

I hope you are correct but I just read something about a federal law that purportedly was related to this that involves the governor.

Do it anyway and let the Supreme Court rule on its constitutionality. It may be our only shot.

Here’s one easy to investigate...how many of these discovered, late, absentee, mail in Biden ballots only have his box checked...no senator, congressman, state assembly, civil court, justice of the peace? They would be pretty suspect.

Stick a fork in it. They stole it all when Biden was allowed to address the nation,ALL counting for Trump stopped and the vote making machine kicked in gear election night and the media kept pumping out BS projections. I see nothing less than a miracle to fix it.

There is no opposition party, just one man. The Dems announced what they going to do, and where they were going to do it. And the Stupid Party let it happen. I agree with liberals who are tweeting that the GOP wanted Trump gone as much as the left.

Turley mentioned several ways we can win.

1) the State Legislatures who control the State Electors,
2) Via the State Electors in Congress (each State has 1 vote; we have 28 Republican States vs 22 Democrat states),
3) Via the Senate where we have the majority, and,
4) Via the Supreme Court where we have a 5:4 advantage.

(h/t prophetic post)

I doubt the state legislatures step up, even though Rs control them pretty much everywhere that matters right now except NV. Liberal strongholds like IL, NY & CA are not the only ones with multi billion, hundreds of billions in some cases, debt and unfunded promises. Their only chance of solvency is Big Sugar Daddy Fed Gov bailout somewhere down the road. Harris or Biden would sign that in a second. In fact, that’s probably the first thing they will do, COVID as the excuse. They got the house, and enough RINOs to make it happen. Trump is THE obstacle to their wet dream. Like always, it is about the money.
