Shhh: Twitter Donations to Dems Now Exceeds 99 Percent

The harbingers about Twitter’s Orwellian censorship of President Donald Trump and conservatives during the election have already come true. Donation records may help explain the reason.

A recent study found that both Facebook employees/PACs and Twitter employees contributed over 90% of their contributions of $200 or more to Democrats. Twitter employees, in particular, have since increased their donation disparity in favor of Democrats to almost 100 percent.

Open Secrets records show that for “all federal candidates,” donations of $200 or more from Twitter employees have gone 99.33 percent to Democrats ($574,601) and — wait for it — only 0.67 percent ($3,897) to Republicans. The top recipient, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, received a lion’s share of $157,051, or a whopping 27 percent of Twitter donations to “all federal candidates” ($578,498). Perhaps this explains why Twitter was so keen on censoring multiple Trump tweets yesterday as the election was entering its second day of chaos.

I’ve never understood why tech workers, who are often thought of as nerds, are such leftists. Why can’t they use their logical thought process to reject socialism?

What does science and logic have to do with real-world politics? As Democrats have taught the world, politics is all about pure, raw emotions (and literally nothing else).

For example, the Cal Tech theoretical physicist, Sean Carroll, who has a PhD from Harvard in Astronomy, is a leading expert in theoretical physics, field theory, cosmology, and Einstein's general relativity. Yet, Professor Carroll constantly, childishly tweets about President Trump and the U.S. Election as though he's a little 14-year-old boy. Prof. Carroll has tweeted that he's absolutely convinced the sheer brilliance of Joe Biden will resolve Covid-19. Prof. Carroll also thinks the Electoral College must be abolished ASAP. Of course, Professor Carroll also repetitiously, childishly calls President Trump every name in the book.

Given that even a famous Harvard PhD (and Cal Tech theoretical physicist) childishly acts out against President Trump based on pure, raw emotions (and literally nothing else), why wouldn't you also expect exactly the same from all of the tech workers at Big Tech social media companies such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, and Instagram?

All of those extreme far-left liberal Democrats are totally infatuated with various mash-ups of socialism, fascism, authoritarianism, Marxism, totalitarianism, and Communism. And they all despise what they describe as the "systemically racist" United States ... yet they all insist on continuing to live in the U.S. and enjoy all of its great benefits. Go figure.
