honor system? in California no proof of citizenship required when you register just sign that you are a us citizen..to vote if you are registered no ID required

I have lived in Illinois, California, Washington state, Florida. Registered to vote in all states during residence.

I am a naturalized US citizen. Not once I was asked to provide proof of citizenship in any state while registering. I began voting in 1972 after receiving citizenship in 1970.

I am just one example of honor system. So how many of the 11-30 illegals can register to vote?
