Economist Stephen Moore joined Fox Business to warn Americans about what Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden would do to the oil and gas industry through his regulatory agenda.
During the November 4 edition of Fox Businesss Making Money, host Charles Payne referred to President Donald Trumps regulatory relief agenda as the unsung hero of this economic recovery. Moore estimated that average American households saved about $3,000 under the Trump deregulation effort. Youre talking about tens, if not hundreds of billions of dollars of savings, Moore said. Contrasting this to a potential Biden administration, Moore warned: People just ask me: Is Joe Biden lying when he says hes not going to outlaw fracking? And I say, No, he doesnt have to outlaw it. He continued: Charles, the left didnt outlaw coal mining, right? All they did was just regulate it to death, and they caused a shrinkage of that sector by 50 percent.
According to Moore, Thats exactly what theyre going to do with oil and gas.

Moore opposed Trumps push for a big pre-election stimulus with checks to out-of-work Americans
Moore should shut up with his complaints about Biden, because Moore helped elect him
well at least my liberal rat sil who’s had bragged for decades about her oil money will have that grin wiped off her face once she realizes she’s cut her own throat...

Higher oil prices at the pump hurt the ones that can least afford it.
That $4.50 a gallon gas sure is going to be worth it to get Trump off of Twitter!
Moore shut shut up. His libertarian agenda hurt Trumps re-election prospects. A big preelection stimulus would have boosted the Trump vote
Higher oil prices at the pump hurt the ones that can least afford it.
Yes. Whats your point? I dont want to hear from Moore after his libertarianism helped elect Biden
Biden ain’t elected yet, and I don’t think he will be.
Right. Just like coal. Don’t ban it. Obama just regulated it to death.
“That $4.50 a gallon gas sure is going to be worth it to get Trump off of Twitter!”
That $4.50 a gallon at the pump is a lot more than just a small inconvenience. Oil is no longer a tool used for transportation. It is a tool to stop wars and keep people alive. Most don’t think in the big picture and getting a person and their opinions off a cheap internet service is not.
We have the capacity to support ourselves with oil needs for about 200 years if we applied it. The reserves in ANWAR, Florida, Texas Louisiana, and our current incoming from Mexico and Canada, would more than suffice. And we haven’t started going after the huge oil reserve in the ground in the Rockies. Our estimated exporting of oil for 2020 is 13.2M barrels per day by Forbes. And what we use for energy can’t be replaced with anything else for many, many years, at best.
Why are we buying oil from outside the US when we use an average of about 19.96 million barrels per day? So many of the countries we buy from don’t run out of food and go next door looking for it as that is one of the most important incomes for many countries especially the middle east. Want more wars? Just cut off oil purchases and sales. Many will die. And we won’t be able to get even the smallest of needs for our living. End of the game.

I live right over top one of the largest Marcellus shale gas deposits in the country.
People are getting $700-1000 EVERY MONTH PER ACRE in royalties.
If I told you how many are pro Biden and anti Trump folks in my area you would not believe me. The neighbor to my right and two across the road for starters.
Can’t help stupid.
Will strangle the economy
I live down the street from BP’s largest refinery, the sixth largest refinery in the country. It provides lots of jobs and revenue for local communities. This county, the bluest of the few blue spots in Indiana, gave Biden 56%. SMH
I wasn’t disagreeing with your point about Moore. I was just stating a fact that the people that they always want to say they are helping are hurt worse by their actions.
