A manager at Chris Cuomos apartment building has allegedly issued a letter to the CNN anchor citing several complaints about him not wearing a mask according to the rules.
The letter cites that he has been in violation of an executive order laid out by his own brother, Governor Andrew Cuomo.
That order, number 202.17, states that any individual who is over age two and able to medically tolerate a face-covering shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-covering when in a public place.
It further states that this must be done when social distancing is not possible.
You have been observed entering and exiting the building and riding the elevator without the required face coverings, the building manager writes. Even though staff members have asked you to comply with this requirement, you have refused to do so.
This is a violation of the Executive Order, building policy, and places other residents and our staff at risk, the letter continues.

I’m smart. Not like everybody says. I deserve respect!
The rules, the laws, the social norms...they just don’t apply to your typical liberal.
Chris Cuomo’s apartment has a basement??
He must have dug down to the apartment below him when he “self-quarantined in his basement” during Covid.
I can definitely see Chris Cuomo arguing that he shouldn’t have to wear a mask after telling everybody else to do so.
He seems to be a person with a very short fuse.
Doesnt the building manager realize that the rules are not for the elite? That they are only for the little people?
CNN can’t even gets its staff to wear pants.
Hmm....I’m not seeing where the landlord can arbitrarily add clauses to an existing lease.
Yes, the landlord can report the tenant to the state or city.
I agree that the state or city can limit the occupancy of an elevator to one person at a time.
LOL
Why does someone whose had Covid need to wear a mask?
