Is it possible to change an early vote?

In Minnesota yes, apparently its allowed, not sure about other states every state varies

Possibly? It could wind up being a part of the chaos that will ensue after the vote count nears its end, assuming Trump’s lead will be substantial, in which case the Dems will call OUR voter fraud. If all those people who googled “change my vote” were unafraid to join forces as a bloc and verbalize exactly why they want to change their vote, it could possibly make a difference. Either way, expect a very eventful November.

Only three states permit you to change your vote once cast. Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan lets eligible voters change their vote.

Wisconsin voters who voted early in person can recast their ballot as long as they do so by Saturday, October 31st. The deadline for absentee varies by city. Contact your city clerk for more information.

Minnesota also allows absentee voters to change their minds. The deadline is a week before the election.

Michigan absentee voters can change their ballots if they have not yet been processed and tabulated, according to an official at the state’s Bureau of Elections.

Yes there are states that per.it it including PA.

One can call back ones ballot and not vote. That in itself is a vote
