His overall approval has basically bounced back and forth between 47 and 52 the entire election year . . . I think you are just overreacting some. Black voters are 12-13% of the population. a 10% move by them only changes the needle by about 1.5% of the total.
If 20% of Blacks vote for Trump, it will give him a comfortable win.
1% difference is just statistical “noise”. That’s why they always say these polls are within +/- 3%

Approximately 97% of those called, especially Rasmussen's robocalls hang up immediately. This is a huge problem for all of the pollsters these days. People who choose to participate are self selecting and no longer random. Rasmussen's “approval rating” pops up and down daily and what we are seeing is mostly statistical noise. The trend has maybe a little meaning, and the trend is looking good for President Trump 10 days out from the election. It would be better to peak a little before election day with all the early voting going on.
The black support number popping up is a little baffling if not miraculous. Most “Black Lives Matter” supporters are Marxist white people who desperately want to keep black folk on the Democrat plantation. It is possible that many black people are starting to resent being told how they should think and vote by these thugs. Black communities are more dependent on the police than white communities. Look at what has happened to the murder rate this year after tying the hands of the police. And black people have been disproportionally affected.
In 2011 and 2012 alone “1400 more black people were killed by other black people than all of the known “lynchings” from 1882 to 1968”... according to the Tuskegee Institute itself! The murder rate and violent crime rate has doubled in many communities which have a high percentage of black people and Democrat leadership this year. Maybe black people are starting to see the same disturbing pattern that the rest of us have. Democrat leadership and solutions make the problems much worse especially over time.
