The debate commission doesnt need to issue such a directive. The moderator of this debate is never going to ask any questions about the shady dealings of Joe and Hunter Biden.
Its up to President Trump to push this story right out into the open in his own answers.

The commission doesnt set the agenda for talking points. Its up to the moderator (they say). Trump will have his opportunity during the National Security segment. I understand after the two minute response (which the mute is operational) there will be an open debate of the talking point.
All true, but then they have the dreaded mute button to cut off Trump whenever they want, and they will. So any time Trump starts to mention the Hunter laptop the mute button goes off.
Trump will be very foolish to agree to such conditions.
Would you play a football match where the referee is a member of the team you are playing agaisnt, plus he has the power to stop your players for no reason at all whenever you are about to score a touchdown?
