Watch poll workers marking in ballot bubbles with a pen in front of election observers.
This link takes you to 27:20, where you can see poll worker looking around before marking up his ballot with pen.
But also check lady at 28, 37:20 & 38:40 clearly writing in the ballot, 43:25 lady in gray cardigan.

Finally came up - very suspicious ... so people with pens handle your ballot before putting in the box

Only the ammo box will produce a fair election, it appears... The ballot box is totally corrupt...
So black guy looks around to see if anyone is watching and then invalidates a ballot by filling in extra bubbles. Unfreakingbeliveable!!!!! It’s clear what he is doing...why do any of these workers have pens at all? They should be banned in this area are the republicans so stupid or whomps that they cant stand up and so no to fraud? Is it because he is black that he can get away with this? I’m so pissed

Invalidate all ballots in Germantown, and imprison the poll workers so filmed for ten years.

I live in Maryland - those are clearly the ballots we were just sent, if you requested one.
In that county, there is a ballot question which would force council members to be elected by district, rather than at large - the at large method currently in affect means we have no republicans on the council.
The 'Local District Representation Question' is very popular, but the Democrat party is against it, as it will give representation to more rural/conservative parts of the county.
I suspect that is what this is - a way to defeat Question D.
I lived in Va. & Md., for many years starting in the mid 12960s. So glad I am out of there now. Both places were nice places to live 60 to 40 years ago. The traffic issues started in the 1970s, but was still a great place to live. Then it started to change in the 1980s. By 2004 I could no longer stand the Greater D.C. area, so I moved to the South. Glad I did too.
So if I understand you, the ballots would be filled out by most of the people for the major choices; President, congress, etc. But many people wouldn’t bother filling out Question D. So these Rat volunteers are filling them in, voting against electing council members by district.
Correct - if question D passes, the council will no longer have 9 extreme social Democrats. We will have representation over 9 districts
Wow, imagine then if someone sends in a mail-in ballot and they didn’t vote for either Trump or Biden for President. They wanted to support someone for congress and vote in a few local races - a slug like this guy could easily mark the ballot for Biden and then put it in the pile with the rest of the ballots.
Does this place remind anyone else of a coke factory? The only difference being everyone is clothed. Guess I’ve seen the movie “Blow” too many times.
