I’m betting she was really looking for a seller for some weed. Weed would make whatever basil recipe a “hit”!
For that she should be thankful.
My Italian family has been growing it fresh forever. All you need is sun, soil and water. Of course if AOC is living in a crypt, that could be a problem.
