I've seen it reported Quercetin helps with the intake of zinc into cells. I take 800 mg every third day or so. I take 5,000 IU of D3 with K daily. I believe the safe level for D3 is 10,000 IU or less for those who don't get many rays?
Vitamin D3 dosage a little low, I think to prevent idiots from overdosing. Vitamin D toxicity definitely messes with calcium metabolism
