I’ve never been to Franklin, but from all I’ve heard of it, I considered it to be an artsy-fartsy elitist niche in the state. Maybe I wasn’t too far off. Sounds like the lefties are being protected — by other lefties.
Franklin, Tennessee was once a bastion of conservative, friendly, Southern folks.
But, a lot of people from high-tax states have infested Franklin, and brought their socialist politics with them.
It’s where the well-to-do lefties who have screwed up Nashville move to.
There is certainly an “artsy fartsy” element. And the leftists are either being protected out of fear or some type of agreement.
