PREFACE
In April 2019 I walked into the United States Department of Justice and told them the story you are about to read. Ten days later the Durham Squad was announced. I do not know if those facts are related. After you read this, your guess will be as good as mine.
This is my final installment in the Deep Capture epic. In the future I may use this site to respond to articles and discuss journalism, comment on events, and answer frequently-asked questions, but the 14 year narrative arc of Deep Capture comes to an end here. As this will be a matter not just for lawyers but also for historians, I am going to walk through these events in a more methodical fashion than might be my normal style.

Byrne is intelligent in some ways, but in others comes across as gullible with a whiff of bipolar. I want to believe his stories, but the details don’t always foot.
For example, Byrne says the purpose of the bribery sting was to give Obama a means to control Hillary while she was President. Then he says the “Men in Black” told him to cancel the Hillary bribery sting because it appeared that Hillary was going to become President, then purge and punish everyone in the FBI and elsewhere who had done anything against her. They wouldn’t have thought of that first?
His idea of setting up Comey and Brennan for rape and murder charges is nuts if he means literal prosecution (as opposed to just embarrassment). His premise is that they were guilty because he had falsely reported through the ranks that he had drugged and raped Maria Butina, and offered to murder her, yet the upper management had him continue his relationship with Butina for 5 more months. So third parties that he had no direct knowledge had even been told his claims would be prosecuted for crimes that didn’t happen. Uh huh.
I thought I remembered his being on TV and he looked scared to death.
He was afraid to finish sentences then talked about not being able to talk about everything he wanted to talk about.
He was a likeable guy, good looking and just chuck full of information ...but couldn’t talk about it.
I think he resigned from Overstock.
It was hard to follow. Maybe he’ll make things clear now.

I'm not saying it is true or false, just that I don't know. Since I don't know, I can't come down on either side. While I may lean ever so slightly to the skeptical side, I find I have no reason to even begin to justify that lean, let alone be emphatic in denial of the story. What makes you so emphatic that it's just a ridiculous conspiracy theory?
If this is not really Patric Byrne speaking I would have though he would have stepped forth to have denied this when he supposedly started writing about this subject in 2019? He has even been on news segments talking about some of this. Do you think he has just lost his marbles? That may be the case, but I just don't know because I don't know him personally. 8>)
Yes, because he himself is dirty. Warren Buffet guy more recently deep into cryptocurrency. Already told a stretch of a story before disappearing.
That said, I don’t doubt but that blackmail goes on all the time. The idea that they didn’t already have more than enough on Hillary to me also stretches credibility. As the den of thieves and vipers they are, I expect there’s long been a MAD (mutual assured destruction) blackmail standoff among many of them.
