I believe you're meaning springs, not sinkholes 😁 If you ever do come to Florida check out the blue hole, devil's den, and paradise springs.

Five stories deep sinkhole?!?!?!? A week later and the report is that the hole has grown to a mouth of 40 feet but the depth is now measured at 130 FEET (~12 stories). Neighborhood is very nervous and they are waiting for the hole to stabilize before trying to fill it (with fingers crossed)!
