Pelosi and Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD) will hold a press conference tomorrow, Friday, October 9, at 10:15 a.m. E.T. in the Capitol Visitor Center to discuss the introduction of legislation: "Oversight Commission on Presidential Capacity Act." This bill would create an 11-person panel to evaluate the fitness of the President.

I agree. Also this comes on the heels of the horrible performance of their golden girl last night in the debate. Initial polling must have been devastating. And everyone knows she is the one who will eventually get the presidency.

Totally unconstitutional. The only method for removing a President for health reasons is set forth in the 25th Amendment. If the House wants, it can try impeachment, but that would be a misuse of the power.
Congress cannot on it's own make the decision on whether a President is fit for office. That oversight is not in their purview.
Pelosi and Left’s hatred of Trump is driving them to all manner of absurdity. If they want to change the 25th Amendment then they can initiate a new Amendment to that effect.
This push is about getting Trump if he gets re-elected, also about getting rid of Biden when the time comes. In a real sense it's about Pelosi filled with delusions of Power and trying to find a end run to her being President which would amount to Treason.
We can't let this play out under any circumstances.

However they need 2/3rds of both houses, and so it’s DOA.
