Yes that was the chief objection by some friends that Irv supported Iraq. I did too insofar as getting rid of sadism Hussein and his weapons ( many of which were removed to safety by that famous fleet of 500 Russian trucks). For whatever it’s worth, I envisioned a short action not a protracted war. Maybe I was right but it turned into the long affair that friends here objected to. So knowing how it turned out, it’s easy to criticize in retrospect. I understand that. It’s similar in some respects today to the probk m eith blood thirsty mudlim warlords in Iran. the Muslim world Has a serious sickness. Hopefully as time goes forward this danger can be cured
