This is the US Supreme Court, not the South Carolina Supreme Court. And it cannot be reversed before the elections for all practical purposes.
Someone please explain to me just how coronavirus can prevent a human (who is still alive that is) from signing an absentee ballot (which is what this Obama judge ruled.)

Trump is showing the world precisely why you fill judicial vacancies quickly and with qualified appointments.
I’m no fan of this chief justice and my comments should in no way reflect positively on him, outside of this particular ruling.
State election laws are being protected by the courts.

There will be judges fudging the law on ballots, closing times, counting deadlines all over the country. This is why the Supremes need 9 justices.

Roberts ruled for the constitution this time.

The SC will be needed badly in the next few months to block the Rats’ cheating attempts and a 4-4 court is a bad idea.

Fourth Circuit ain’t the bastion of Constitutionalism it used to be. (Unless President Trump has changed it.)

Apparently Kavanaugh issued the stay, but no one dissented.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s revenge, gotta love it.

Ronna McDaniel@GOPChairwoman· The Supreme Court just handed Republicans and the voters of South Carolina a huge victory for election integrity! Democrats had sued the state to strip away an important safeguard for absentee voting, but the Court ruled against them with no Justices issuing dissents.
(1/3)
Ronna McDaniel@GOPChairwoman· This win follows Republicans victory in the lower courts, where Democrats lost in their attempts to extend the states Election Day delivery deadline and eliminate the states ban on ballot harvesting.
(2/3)
Ronna McDaniel@GOPChairwoman· This is the SIXTH win for Republicans in roughly the last week following major victories in Iowa, Ohio, Maine, New Hampshire and Arizona. The RNC will not stop fighting to http://ProtectTheVote.com
