It's true everyone there was required to have a test but Trump's entourage arrived too late to be tested by the Clinic. They were on the honor system.
Given that Trump's doctors won't say when his last negative test was it seems likely the Administration's testing protocol was less than rigorous.

You’re posting old recommendations from back in March or so when the CDC (and the WHO) had no freaking idea what they were doing, or how to respond to the virus.
Here’s the latest CDC recommendation. Spoiler: they recommend to WEAR. A. MASK. to reduce spread.
But, hey, let’s keep arguing about masks and let the virus spread so we have even more dead people and cases. That should be “really” good for our economy and POTUS getting reelected. Actually, it won’t.
