Senator Rick Scott has introduced legislation establishing federal rules for counting votes, which would require all mail-in ballots to be tallied within 24 hours of Election Day.
The bill is an amendment to the Help America Vote Act of 2002.
Known as the Verifiable, Orderly, & Timely Election Results (VOTER) Act, it would require precincts to report the total number of in-person and mail-in ballots they have received one hour after polls close.

It's for naught. Unlike republicans, democrats are united. This bill will not be supported by any democrat or RINO.
That’s probably not going to survive, unless it has some caveats.
The state courts will rule that the law doesn’t matter.
Rick Scott was a good governor, but has been a better Senator. Wonder if squishy Rubio will go along. No matter, the bill will be DOA in the House.
Silly amendment, states have always taken many days to complete their counts. Just because the media “calls” an election on election night does not mean that all the votes have been tallied.

These a-hole state guvs and courts are all in with collusion to steal the election at any cost.
All this plus a National Voter ID Act should have been passed the first two years of Trump’s Presidency. Paul Ryan was a deep state weakling and NEVER should have been the US House Speaker.
I don’t know if any Executive Order can be signed at this point to help derail the mail in vote fraud BUT THIS MUST BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY to ensure a fair and just electoral process. The demonrat governors mailing out millions of unsolicited ballots are trying to throw our country into a banana republic chaos - they need to be charged with treason, sedition, publicly inciting riots, and hung in the public square.

I actually doubt that he is trying to require that all the BALLOTS be counted in the sense of tallying them up.
It sounds like he wants all the ballots to have to be received by, and the number of them counted and reported, the day after the election.
That way, we can’t “find” more ballots later, the final count can’t be higher than the number of ballots reported on election night
