The words, “Good luck” really did not seem to be coming from Biden. In fact he himself seemed surpriseds and startled he was saying those words! There was a pregnant pause all around when the words came out. He was not being cordial to Trump, not even from the start. Trump did not respond to the “good luck.” Wallace did not respond to the “good luck.” Have the editors cut out that part from the online footage? rom the online postings. Also, yes, he often was looking downward, which is what people do when they’re listenng/concentrating of someone talking. He also was speaking with eyes fixed onto something unmoved, like a kid in a 4th grade play afraid to look left or right as he says his lines. It’s highly doubtful that he could have accomplished anything like what he did on his own, without his side having the questions. Knowing they could not take a chance on him to be or stay ready for prime time, even with the questions known ahead, it is extremely likely his handlers used technology to cheat.
