Last night was the first presidential candidate debate of the 2020 campaign season.
The immediate takeaways were that:
1. Chris Wallace fought hard but lost the fight by decision to @realDonaldTrump 2. Biden’s favorite son was Beau, not Hunter. 3. Jill Biden hid behind a mask, Melania did not. 4. Democrats grooming is for mail vote election chaos, Trump knows it & will be ready. 5. Biden looks ill, Trump looked tanned, rested, and ready. 6. Biden allowed to interrupt, Wallace chastised Trump. 7. Police support Trump, none support Biden. 8. When Wallace stayed out of it, Trump won by 3 1/2 years over Biden 47 years. 9. Trump had a mask handy, Biden did not. 10. Biden is the Democratic Party, Democratic Party is dying. 11. America apparently had a recession before Covid-19 & no one knew it. 12. There is a difference between unsolicited mailed ballots & solicited absentee ballots. 13. AOC & Pelosi will be upset that Biden does not support Green New Deal. Or does he? 14. Trump is a brawler, Biden is a name-caller. 15. With 4-5 exceptions, Fox is CNN. 16. Trump had facts, Biden had talking points. 17. Biden will pack SCOTUS.
Given the fact that Biden could be even worse in the next debates if the moderator remains neutral, the Dems decided to urge Biden to cancel the next two debates.
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough called on Joe Biden to “not do any more debates,” tweeting that the first showdown between the current president and the former vice president was “a disgrace.”
“This is a colossal waste of the American people’s time. If they are not going to cut his mic so we can have an exchange of ideas, then Biden should not attend any more debates,” the “Morning Joe” host tweeted to his more than 2.7 million followers.
“Hey Team Biden, if this continues you, pull him off the stage. And do not do any more debates. This is a disgrace,” he added.

CNN’s David Axelrod also floated the idea that Biden should consider not debating Trump for the final two contests in October.
“I think Biden has a decision to make,” Axelrod said, later adding, “I don’t think the country will be yearning for these. Hollywood stars ripped Fox News’ Chris Wallace for his role as the moderator of the first presidential debate on Tuesday, saying that the news anchor was too timid and lost control of the proceedings as President Donald Trump took control of the stage through sheer force of will.
Chris Wallace — who repeated that false Charlottesville “very fine people” hoax and erroneously referred to critical race theory as “racial sensitivity training”– had trouble maintaining even a semblance of order as President Donald Trump went on the offensive, dominating the show by aggressively interrupting and heckling Joe Biden.
Celebrities seemed frustrated that Wallace was unable to rein in President Trump, who took a steam-roller approach to the debate, dominating the proceedings through locomotive-size force.
Bette Midler tweeted that “Chris Wallace is a wuss.”
Actress Kerry Washington tweeted, “Is there an understudy who can step in and play the role of moderator?!”
Veep star Julia Louis-Dreyfus urged Wallace to “get control” over the debate.
The West Wing star Bradley Whitford joked that Wallace would “be a terrible substitute teacher.”
Scrubs star Zach Braff called Wallace the “worst.”
Seinfeld writer Larry Charles simply tweeted, “Wallace sucks.”

Trump was talking about the BIG DEMOCRAT cities with increasing crime.
WALLACE INTERJECTS: “But Tulsa and Ft Worth are run by REPUBLICANS and their crime is also increasing”
What were some of the other specific interruptions done by WALLACE that favored Biden??? Please post.
Biden's next two performances will show the effects of the toxic bacteria from this one.

Biden’s crude comments — shut up, clown, liar — showed he has no respect for the office or the voters who placed DJT in it. And the world is watching him disrespect our president. Bad example.
More debates? With leftist moderators? No thanks. The President has a bully pulpit, he can make his case quite effectively there while Biden hunkers in bunkers.

This is amazing. The Hollywood creeps actually seem mad at Wallace. Sheesh, the guy acted like Biden’s campaign manager and these idiots weren’t nearly satisfied. What would it take?
True, Wallace should leave the scene. He’s biased and obviously never operated a wood chipper before.
They did a shot of the two from behind. Trump looked hearty, confident. Biden looked small and fragile like he was going to fall over if a wind blew by. He kept closing his eyes to squeeze out the fumbled words. People think Joe did ok but he fumbled his words all over the place.
If the left really truly believed that Trump’s behavior was that bad, they’d encourage a bunch more debates to showcase that bad behavior. That they want no more debates means they know Biden came off as a weak old codger who needed the moderator to battle for him.

Yep. It will take him weeks to recover from the shellacking he got last nite...weeks. He’s physically unfit to be POTUS.
