Did Biden Say No Coal Power Plants Will Ever Be Built In America If He Wins?
YES
Nobodys going to build another coal-fired plant in America. No one is going to build another oil-fired plant in America, Biden said. Theyre going to move to renewable energy. Joe Biden

Say good bye to Penn!
Trump needs to hiy biden hard on natural gas. It isnt renwable either but is cheap and clean. And also how Californa already has electrical brownouts but is supposed to be all electrical cars?
Also say GOODBYE to MODERN AMERICA, inasmuch as RENEWABLE ENERGY will NOT ever provide the required amount of power to power the homes/businesses in the USA in the lifetime of anyone who is now alive.

Nobodys building coal-fired power plants in the U.S. because natural gas is so cheap.
Exactly correct. Older coal fired plants have been shuttered because of the cost of retrofitting them!
It’s been going that way for over a decade. Now, no one can say the pricing for natural gas is going to stay as it is...that’s the chief problem here. But I’d rather pricing being the driver here....rather than some idiot in Washington telling me he knows better.
Electricity-generating plants aren’t a problem. We can sequester the CO2. That is, capture the CO2 and then send the CO2 deep into the earth, even use the CO2 to frack oil and gas fields.
The beauty of using CO2 from electrical plants to frack is that the cost of the process pays for itself in new supplies of energy. This makes sense regardless of climate change.
So, we can get all the electricity we ever want from coal, for hundreds of years even. We have so much coal!
Cars and other modes of transportation are another thing. Electric cars don’t work well enough. The batteries are heavy and expensive, and they can’t be recycled. Sorry. Electric cars aren’t the answer.
But we have an answer for transportation: trees. We can use trees to pull the CO2 out of the atmosphere, that our cars, trucks, trains, planes, ships, etc., put in.
The beauty of trees is that regardless of global warming, trees make sense. We can reverse the spread of deserts in the world even without bringing in water, by planting trees. And, if we bring in water, the effects would be greater. The deserts in Africa, Australia, the Gobi desert in China, and our own southwest can all be reclaimed for grazing land, if we plant trees.
Any way, carbon sequestration and trees is how Boris Johnson gets the U.K. carbon neutral; and, it’s how we can. We can take the climate change issue off the table. We don’t have to collapse our economy or reduce our standard of living or have to deal with car batteries, wind turbine blades or solar panels that cannot be recycled.
Ironically, I’m sitting here in Central Pennsylvania with no power due to a power outage the last several hours.
And I believe he means it.
Trees - The Renewable Resource.
Am I dating myself enough?
If the tree huggers could ever provide renewable power to America, we would already have fuel cells in every home.
And when retrofitted, the Obama admin still kept them shut down, at least in one case.
We’re not talking about wood as a fuel (as in wood pellets, which burn clean), but trees as a vacuum cleaner for CO2.
Ask NYS how well that is working out...
OK, works for me.
Trees and rocks. Yabadabadoo.
Biden should be asked what will be used to power all of those electric cars he wants. California can’t even keep the lights on now.
So the solution is to sequester CO2 and plant more trees?
More trees need more CO2, but you bury the CO2 they need to live, make O2, and reproduce. Does that make sense?
The whole ‘climate change’ thing is a scam started in the 70s to make British coal miners work for their then current wage or less. Now ‘climate change’ has become big business, to the detriment of birds bats and humans - not to mention the environmental mining and manufacturing disasters needed to make the parts, batteries and then dispose of them when they wear out.
